Our Story
Windsor Charter Academy serves families across north-central Colorado through its elementary school, middle school, and early college high school. Committed to academic excellence, Windsor Charter Academy offers a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum designed to challenge students at every stage and prepare them for success in post-secondary education. With an early college option, students have the opportunity to earn both a high school diploma and an associate degree, empowering them to complete a bachelor’s degree in as little as two additional years.
Established in 2001 in the small but growing community of Windsor, Colorado, Windsor Charter Academy Elementary School welcomed its first students. Over the following decade, the school expanded twice, evolving into a comprehensive K–8 institution. Today, Windsor Charter Academy spans two campuses: the original elementary school, located at 680 Academy Court, and the middle and early college high school, located nearby at 810 Automation Drive.
Windsor Charter Academy meets the needs of families seeking a challenging, future-focused education for their children from kindergarten through high school. Through college-level coursework, small class sizes, and individualized support, students are equipped to reach their full potential—academically, socially, and personally.
