On February 4th, we encourage all students to wear AVID t-shirts or college spirit wear with dress code bottoms. We’re excited to welcome AVID representatives to our campus, and we want to show our pride for being an AVID National Demonstration School!

We are in the process of enrolling our students for the 2025-2026 school year! We are asking each family to fill out their child's enrollment information online. It is of utmost importance that we receive this information so that we have current contact information for our students and their families.

We are excited to launch a fundraising initiative to support Windsor Charter Academy’s High School Boys' Basketball Program! This effort provides our varsity, junior varsity, and C-teams with the essential resources they need to be successful on and off the court. Funds raised will be used to purchase items to enhance the training and development of our players and game-day performance.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to support our Windsor Charter Academy Basketball Program! On February 12th, we are hosting a special fundraising event that offers an unforgettable night of basketball at Ball Arena! Families are invited to join us as our WCA High School Basketball teams play in center court at Ball Arena. Then, they can return to watch the Denver Nuggets play later that night.

Course registration began this week! Our counselor and academic advisor are making classroom presentations to all ICAP and AVID classes. Families are asked to work with their students to review the registration sheet and refer to our 2025-26 Early College High School Course Catalog for more information.

Students should to be aware of the dates that they can drop or withdraw from Aims Community College courses.

Mrs. Ringlein and Ms. Seneca will begin classroom visits to start our 2025-26 course registration process during the week of January 21st. Course Registration Forms will be due on Friday, January 31st.

Mark your calendars! Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, February 13th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the middle school gymnasium. Conferences will follow an open-house format, allowing families to meet with teachers at their convenience.

Students may now register for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form, which allows students to be considered for federal student aid. In addition, states and colleges use FAFSA information to award their own grants, scholarships, and loans.
