On February 4th, we encourage all students to wear AVID t-shirts or college spirit wear with dress code bottoms. We’re excited to welcome AVID representatives to our campus, and we want to show our pride for being an AVID National Demonstration School!

We are in the process of enrolling our students for the 2025-2026 school year! We are asking each family to fill out their child's enrollment information online. It is of utmost importance that we receive this information so that we have current contact information for our students and their families.

We are excited to launch a fundraising initiative to support Windsor Charter Academy’s High School Boys' Basketball Program! This effort provides our varsity, junior varsity, and C-teams with the essential resources they need to be successful on and off the court. Funds raised will be used to purchase items to enhance the training and development of our players and game-day performance.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to support our Windsor Charter Academy Basketball Program! On February 12th, we are hosting a special fundraising event that offers an unforgettable night of basketball at Ball Arena! Families are invited to join us as our WCA High School Basketball teams play in center court at Ball Arena. Then, they can return to watch the Denver Nuggets play later that night.

The Town of Windsor Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department is hosting a Winter Basketball Camp for 1st-8th grade students on Thursday, December 26th, and Friday, December 27th. This is a great opportunity for students to stay active during Winter Break! To register, click here.

Are you interested in earning volunteer hours and supporting our farm-to-school meal program? Our Food Services Department is recruiting a pool of volunteers who would be willing to support our kitchen staff by serving lunch and helping with the salad bar. No experience is necessary!

During a high school art class this week, two of our incredible teachers, Jenny Unruh and Kel Madigent, demonstrated quick thinking and lifesaving skills when a student began choking on an apple. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, they immediately performed the Heimlich maneuver.
