Teacher Appreciation Week is May 3rd. Students may come to school dressed as their favorite movie character to celebrate the theme! Outfits must be free of weapons or excessive face paint (no blood/gore). Students may not wear masks to school.

We are excited to host Field Day on Monday, May 20th! This end-of-year event is a special tradition at our school! This year, we have a decades theme.

We are excited to celebrate our 5th-grade students as they make their way to middle school!  Our 5th Grade Continuation Ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 21st at 8:25 a.m. 

On Wednesday, May 15th, students will be celebrating their 5th Grade Continuation with a trip to Rollerland Skate Center in Fort Collins.  This is a student only-field trip. Students may wear athletic clothing in lieu of formal dress.

Kindergarten students have been studying the seven continents of the world! We will celebrate our studies with a fun celebration filled with various activities that portray the culture of each continent.

First-grade students will celebrate what they have learned on May 6th from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. at their Living Animal Wax Museum! To support their learning as expository writers, 1st graders will present information about a living animal they have researched and written about.

As the end of the year approaches, please be sure that your student has turned in their library books!

You are cordially invited to join the 2nd-grade team in their classrooms from 2:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. the week of April 15th through 19th as we celebrate our youngest authors and all of their hard work this year! Students will share their writing throughout the year while enjoying cookies and lemonade.
